Abstract (EN)

Ussaki, who lived in 15th century, when the classical Turkish literature was formed and made progress, is a poet from Sinop. At the present time, he has two literary works that are known. One of which is Yenbû-ı Hikmet, and the other one is Divan-ı Ussaki that is analysed by us. Ussaki composed this piece during the time when Candaroğulları Beylic was ruling around Sinop. In this dissertation, along with presenting the life of Ussaki, his literary character and his works, the Divan, which is the only script that is known to be at Süleymaniye Manuscript Library, is analysed formally and contextually. In the final part of the dissertation, a transcribed text of the work is also given. With this dissertation, Divan-ı Ussaki belonging to the 15th century has recently come to light and it is aimed to give information about Ussaki, the author of this work.
