Abstract (EN)
İn the research, the presence of charities in Manisa, a town in West Anatolia of Ottoman Empire in the 18th centruy informed. Data wich has been obtained through charity accounting recordes in Manisa Court Recordes numbered 187, 194 and 211 has figured and this data has been peresented in charts. Through the data gathered, charities existing in three different periods in Manisa and the aim of them have been determined and it is revealed that these charities existed as cash charity.
