Common organizations in the 21st century Turkic world

The concept of a nation is based on a spiritual principle and a soul, representing a community of people who share a common history and a desire to live together. To be a nation is to embrace and take ownership of a shared historical past. The essential element that constitutes a nation is the desire for coexistence, which must be present in all individuals. The notion of a nation signifies continuity and perpetuity of thought. In this sense, a nation embodies a spiritual entity. The purpose of the communities that constitute a nation is to preserve their common interests against other nations, and to continue their beliefs, lifestyles, and wills. In contrast, the term "people" refers to a group of individuals living in a specific time and place, lacking the continuity inherent in the concept of a nation. Nations take on a political form when they begin to express their will through organizational structures. A state is the political organization of a nation over a territory that has emerged as a result. The Turks, whose history spans over forty centuries, have possessed a consciousness of nationhood since their emergence, spreading across nearly the entire world and assimilating other peoples within their own entity to be able to form states. The Turkish nation has been able to simultaneously establish states in different geographical areas and sustain their civilizations. Maintaining their sense of nationhood, the Turks have been able to influence world history during periods of organizational structuring, but have faced the danger of losing their identity when moving away from this sentiment. In the late 19th century, the Turkish world moved away from unity, but at the beginning of the 20th century, with the emergence of capable leaders, they began to return to this ideology. Although their struggles did not yield results at the beginning of the 20th century, the emergence of independent Turkish states following the dissolution of the USSR towards the end of the same century allowed the Turkish world to return to its identity. Turkish states have ensured their existence and initiated various efforts to establish unity. By the 21st century, it has been observed that continuous efforts are underway in the Turkish world to develop mechanisms for joint action. In this study, the organizations and formations established by the Turkish world will be detailed.
