Abstract (EN)
In this study ''Turkey – Azerbaijan Relations in XXI. Century'' was investigated. In order to better understand the subject of the thesis, the historical process of the relations between the two states is briefly mentioned. As Heydar Aliyev has stated, that ''One Nation Two States'' Turkey – Azerbaijan bilateral relations, though sometimes small problems experienced overall level of relations of brotherhood has been available. Although the relations between the two states, which have always been advancing in the context of mutual aid, have weakened during the USSR period, strong relations have started to be established again with the independence of Azerbaijan in 1991. In the Post-Cold War era, cultural, military, political and economic issues were more abstained in relations, but in the Post-2000 period, bilateral relations developed more rationally and pragmatically and reached a level of strategic partnership. The study is divided into four parts. In the first chapter, examined political relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey. In the second chapter, it has been viewed economic relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey. In the third chapter, examined military relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey. In the fourth chapter, it has been viewed cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
