Özet (EN)

The purpose of this study is determining to relate variables such as education, mother and father education status, taekwondo belt grade, national athletic status, taekwondo playing time, cigarette and alcohol use status, and cohabitation status of parents. The research sample Yozgat from taekwando operating in the province, Turkey Taekwondo Federation in 2018 in the program of activities located in the 16 to 18 March 2018 date Yozgat school sports in the province participating in the youth group qualifying and Turkey University Sports Federation of be announced on the program of activities for 2018 9-11 April 2018 date in Çanakkale in the province University Taekwondo Championships from Turkey participated in the consists of 226 men and 422 women, including 196 athletes. "Constant Trait Anger Scale (STAS)" which was developed by CD Spielberger (1983) and adapted Turkish literature by A. K. Özer (1994) were used as a data collection instrument. The Scale consists of 4 sub-dimensions and total of 34 items. These sub-dimensions are a continuous anger style scale (10 items), internal anger (8 items), anger exernal (8 items) and anger control (8 items) scales. The participants also answered the questionaire (15 items) prepared by reseracher. Frequency characteristics, cross-tabulation and Chi-square test were used to determine the personal characteristics of the respondents, questions about Taekwondo and personal habits in the evaluation of the findings. Independent T test, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis and ANOVA test statistics were used to analyze the continuous anger-anger style scale. According to the result of the research, the anger dimensions of the athletes were below and moderate in the middle level and the relationship was statistically significant between the investigated variables and the generations, educational level, maternal education level, family income level (border level), national sportsman, smoking and alcohol use a meaningful relationship was determined. It has been found that there is no statistical difference in the subscales of the education level of the father, taekwondo belt grade, taekwondo playing time, cohabitation status of the parents, and the continuous anger-anger style subscales.
