Real estate acquisition rights of foreign natural and legal persons in Turkey and its limits have been subject to many legislative amendments over many years and yet it is very dynamic and current subject. In this research it?s aimed to review the legislative regulations, amendments and annulment decisions of the Turkish Constitutional Court regarding this subject and discuss the matter at comparative law.
