Abstract (EN)

The aim of this master thesis is to investigate the effects of work alienation, organizational climate, coaching on job satisfaction. Work alienation, organizational climate, coaching have an important place on workers' job satisfaction. The employee's job satisfaction is important for efficient operation. Studies on the factors affecting job satisfaction increased continuously but there is no research on effects of work alienation, organizational climate, coaching on job satisfaction in Istanbul. Therefore in the province of Istanbul on companies regarding these variables to examine the relationship 38 questions with a comprehensive survey was conducted. Research prepared after the survey was administered to 207 employees who work in different companies. The results obtained show that the most influence sub-factor on the job satisfaction is temperate organizational climate. It is shown that valued employees, good relationships with managers in the organizations increase employee's job satisfaction. The analyzes conducted to investigate effects of job alienation, organizational climate, coaching on job satisfaction and by the assistance of found symptoms, the result of research is discussed and many suggestions are presented for both managers and academicians
