Abstract (EN)

Diesel engines having high pressure fuel trapped within the piston by injection of air into the combustion occurring works on the principle. Is removed via a pump high pressure fuel by compression. The air taken into the piston top dead point during the movement of the piston is compressed. Piston stroke bottom dead point to top dead point begins to move as soon as the fuel is injected into the piston through the fuel injector and air trapped experiencing pressure fuel combustion starts holding. Rapidly increasing pressure within the piston pushes the piston bottom dead point and the movement is transferred to the crankshaft . With the developing technology of diesel engines replaced in many areas have been replaced by a new generation of diesel engines. This engine technology CRDI (Common Rail Direct Injection) is called. In the new system of the fuel injection pressure is increased and the fuel injection control of the efficiency of the engine is increased and fuel economy improved. Besides blowing pressure diesel fuel injector holes in the ends to conform to the standards of business longevity is important in terms of efficiency of the system. Damage to the ends of the through holes of the injector significantly affect yield. Therefore fuel is good enough to provide the maximum benefit of the system such as whether the system is to be notable elements assayed is one of the most important parts when the syringe is considered. The damage in the injector directly affects the quality and yield of combustion.
