Conventional electricity generation systems first use the combustion reaction to convert the energy in the fuel into electricity. In this study, a new algorithm approach for fuel cell control and fuel cell control is investigated. For the combustion reaction to take place efficiently, the fuel and the oxidizer must be thoroughly mixed. After that, a series of intermediate processes are required until electrical energy is generated. Each intermediate process causes energy loss, thus decreasing efficiency. In a fuel cell, it is possible to convert the energy of the fuel directly into electrical energy. The fuel and the oxidizer are located in different compartments and do not mix unlike conventional production systems. Their union can only occur by ion and electron transfer between these compartments. The fuel cell converts the energy of the fuel directly into electrical energy through an electrochemical reaction. It generates electricity with external fuel (anode side) and oxidizer (cathode side). These react in an electrolyte / electrode unit. Generally, reaction products leave the cell while those who will react enter the cell. Fuel cells can operate indefinitely as long as the required flow of fuel and oxidizer is provided. In this thesis the hybrid model that consist of Photovoltaic and fuel cell are used to generating the energy. KEYWORDS: Fuel cell, simulation, flow rate,power efficiency
