Party Of Union and Progressin the novels of Kemal Tahir and Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu

This study aims Party of Union and Progress in the novels of Kemal Tahir and Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu, the members and applied politics of Party of Union and Progress which sides they take the lead, the properties of their taking the lead which whether are effected by world sight and the ideological attitude of novelist or not. After this, Judgment Night novel of Yakup Kadri , Tired Warrior and Wolf Law novels of Kemal Tahir were investigated. In both novels, writers used Party of Union and Progress as historical back plane.The datum?s of research were collected by documentary observation method. Investigated datum?s of these novels and datum?s of historical books where compared. Then, the writers of these novels were compared; the similarities and differences were commented.At the result of novels commenting; both writers criticized union. But they criticized the different sides of union. Although Yakup Kadri criticizes union and opposing, his sight is more positive. As he sees union which is the source of development and advance, he doesn?t like committee, pressure and criminal attempt setting of union. Kemal Tahir desperate union as good and bad. Since both writers evaluate union different historical terms, their sights are different. Yakup Kadri gives right historical datum?s, but it was determined that Kemal Tahir has some mistaken historical datum?s. It was qualified that social as passive in Yakup Kadri?s novels but social were in events in Kemal Tahir?s novels. From this point of view, Yakup Kadri has more select attitude other different point is Yakup Kadri only novelist, he doesn?t argumentative claims. Kemal Tahir is both novelist and thinker. Introduce when writes novel, he quits his thinking about Ottoman social structure which he found at the result of his research.Yakup Kadri is old sympathizer of party union and progress this effected the production of Kemalist regime supporter in Republic Term. Kemal Tahir is more distance against Kemalist regime. Especially, he criticizes Kemalist regime because of its applying politic.
