Abstract (EN)

Environmental sustainability is of great importance in terms of the conservation of natural resources and the reduction of environmental pollution. Environmental performance refers to the capacity of businesses to minimize their environmental impacts and use natural resources efficiently. The supply chain encompasses the processes from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of final products to consumers. This study aims to examine the effects of lean and green supply chain practices on environmental performance in Gaziantep. Gaziantep plays a significant role as one of Turkey's industrial and commercial centers. In this study, the extent to which businesses in Gaziantep adopt lean and green supply chain practices and the impact of these practices on environmental performance were investigated. During this examination, scales whose validity and reliability have been proven were used, and the scale developed by Paker (2018) was taken as a basis. In this context, the research highlights the importance of lean and green supply chain practices on environmental performance and sheds light on future research in this field. The findings of the research indicate that there is a positive relationship between the adoption of lean and green supply chain practices and environmental performance in businesses.
