A field study which is about the identity culture evolution and social work of the Romans in Yalova

Romans living all over the world whose vital problems,social and political participations are always being discussed,solutions tired to be looked for ,but congsted somewhere are global issue.In the studuies done within the years,seeing that the trouble are always the same and there is no solution to them make us think that there is something wrong with the sevices which have been done and it became the starting point of this study.It is thought that this gap especially results from the fact that Roman community is not known well.On the other hand , that the social policy applied excluded the culture is one main reasons that the Romans couldn't reach the social welfare which was aimed.In the study done abaut this matter ,preferably knowing the Roman culture , litarature scanning and field survey have been done in order to find out the identitiy,culture and evolution perception. What has been done in social works,sample projects and researches about multiculturelism has been presented with the title of ''Multicultiralism and Social Works''.In order to measure the evolution ,focus group interviews consistin of not only male and female but the young the adult as well. As a result of this interviews,common sollution has been found by comparing the demands between the generations.Accordingly the study in which services offered the Romans shouldn't be services feeling pity for them presented suggestions that social works.The result is that it is neccessary to offer the solutions proposal which are acording to cultural structureof the society to which ethnic groups belong.
