Abstract (EN)

With the increasing population and developing technology, the amount of energy needed is also increasing. A significant part of the required energy is consumed to provide bioclimatic comfort. This thesis aims to create energy-efficient building models in the determined regions by keeping the amount of energy consumed at a minimum while giving climatic comfort to the buildings. Wind speed from Turkey Wind Energy potential Atlas and temperature measurements from Turkey Average Temperatures Mountain map are three regions. They are designed to rebuild. The same plan has two system architecture modeling, hybrid, and curtain-only systems. It works hot and cold in exterior wall assignments and roof types in an aerated concrete attic. The models created with all possibilities on the same architectural plan; Optimum insulation thicknesses of extruded polystyrene, expanded polystyrene, and insulation materials were calculated according to the degree-day calculation method. Finally, the heating and cooling load analysis of 96 building models drawn through transitions over BIM-based Revit can be calculated with floor energy analyzes when the differences are considered from the surveillance and cooling loads and targets. As a result, in the non-insulated projects implemented in the three selected regions, where framed systems are preferred instead of curtain wall systems, and gas concrete is preferred instead of bricks for external walls, a 20% reduction in heating load has been observed. In addition, this decrease reached 57% in Çanakkale, 60% in Afyonkarahisar, and 61% in Van, together with optimum insulation applications.
