Determination of factors affecting labour productivity in building production

In this study, it is aimed to determine the factors affecting labour productivity in structure production. The study consists of three stages. In the first stage, studies in the literature on the subject are examined and the findings obtained from the work were based on the determination of factors affecting labour productivity and questionnaires were prepared to be asked for labours and technical personnel. In the second stage, the data obtained as a result of the survey; Importance index, frequency index, severity index and Kruskal-Wallis analysis were applied. In the third stage, according to the results of the analysis, the rank order based on the importance and severity index of the factors affecting labour productivity for both groups and the differences of opinion between the groups were examined. As a result; in terms of each group; The factors affecting labour productivity are determined by the priorities and groups in terms of each other.
