Abstract (EN)
Image processing can be expressed as the method used to obtain the specific images by detecting an image in digital environment and revealing the meaningful and useful information within it. Part of a video or a photograph can be an input for image processing. The desired outputs are obtained by unwanted image or noise blocking by various operations on these inputs. Some of the examples used today are; reading of human writes by computers, photo filtering tools used in social media and various platforms, plate identification systems in traffic, face recognition systems. Exam assessments in classrooms, schools and various examination centers are also one of the most common examples of the subject. In this thesis, we aimed to build a test form evaluation application that can read various test forms captured in different environments, under different light conditions, from different angles as input, using image filtering and image warping techniques on image and returns answers as results. Keywords: Image processing, Test form processing, Image filtering, Image warping, Test form evaluation.
