Abstract (EN)
Acceleration of the wound healing process has become one of the important focal points of modern biomedical research. In this thesis, an innovative method for wound healing has been developed using Lorentz forces generated by the interaction of ultrasound and a static magnetic field. In this method, acoustic pressures obtained using a 16-element Linear Phased Array (LPA) ultrasonic transducer interact with the static magnetic field to generate an electric current in the wound area, which triggers the cellular healing process. This study was carried out in three stages: numerical simulations, cell culture, and animal experiments on rats. The results show that significant improvement is achieved in both in vitro and in vivo applications. This method offers an effective alternative to traditional treatment methods.
