Abstract (EN)

Wound healing is an organ or tissue (usually skin) recovering. Wound, a defect repair or re-healing injury is gaven different treatments to different organ system including large and complex subject header. Many wound dressing materials are using for the treatment of the wound. Those are gas dampers, semi-occlusive dressing materials, hydrogel products, hydrocolloids, foam dressings, alginates and antimicrobics. In recent publications of Hypericum perforatum, containing fatty materials in wound healing positive effects was shown. Again in recent publications Sesamum indicum containing fatty material with that purpose was discussed. Both products can be used due to their effects for wound care for superficial aims. For the study, mice were divided into two groups. Two of them a total of 12, 6 mm punch skin defects were created side by side on the back of each mouse with the device. Group 1 of seven mice in the back of a defects in the left side was serum impregnated spongostans placed in, on the right side defects was centaury oil impregnated spongostans placed in and closed. Group 2 of seven mice in the back of a defects in the left side was serum impregnate spongostans placed in, on the right side defects was sesame oil impregnated spongostans placed in and closed. 2. 3. 5. 7. 9. and 11. days dressings were opened, and each mouse was drawn back to the defects of transparent acetate sheet, dressings have been renewed. Also 3., 7. and 11 days, the top two defects on the back of each mouse were excisional biopsy and send to pathology for the measurement of collagen and fibroplast. In conclusion, the statistical analysis centaury oil and sesame oil with saline were compared, centaury oil and with saline dressings made the comparison of recovery percentages for no significant difference (all days, P1> 0.05) (Graphic 1 ) observed. Sesame oil and with saline dressing the areas within the comparison, 5. and 11. days (P1 <0.05) (Graphic 2 ), sesame oil, field dressing of the wound healing with saline than the obvious difference being the centaury observed. Sesame oil and centaury oil dressing on the comparison, made with sesame oil dressing areas, 2.9. and 11. centaury days of dressing with oil fields in the more significant difference ( P1< 0.05 ) (Graphic 3 ) was observed. Centaury oil and sesame oil dressing the field changes significantly over time (P2 <0.0005). As a result of the histopathological examination, 11 sesame oil per day group demonstrated complete epithelialization.Sesame oil in the direction of these results in wound healing models, have been shown to be the shortest in the time of wound closure.
