Fees, types of fees and fee protecti̇on according to the decisions of the Supreme Court

Wage is a very important issue in Labor Law as the reward for the labor of the worker and the main source of livelihood. For this reason, various regulations regarding wages have been made in the Constituti,on, Labor Law and other domestic legislation. Wage types are also an important issue in terms of Labor Law. Some of the wage types are regulated in the legislation, and some are accepted as workers' wages by the Supreme Court and the doctrine, although they are not regulated in the legislation. In this dissertation, the legislation on wages and wage types, the Supreme Court and doctrine views are emphasized. In the first part, wages are examined in general. In this section, the concept of wage, payment and non-payment of wages are explained. In the second part, types of wages are discussed. The point of the third part is the legal and criminal judgments regarding the protection of wages.
