Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, in semiconductor structures, effective mass is determined with Longitudinal-Optic-Phonon-Plasmon-Coupled (LOPC) Mode benefit from Raman and Infrared Spectroscopy. In this process, the most basic models for the determination of effective mass were focused on. After researching of the vibration spectroscopy, phonon, plasmon, longitudinal optic phonon-plasmon coupled (LOPC), effective mass and models for the determination of effective mass were mentioned. After all, in experimental and theoretical methods for calculation of effective mass of InGaAsN compounds were combined.
