Abstract (EN)

Marketing is a set of actions that products flow from producers to final consumers. In other words, marketing is the process of production of goods and services that satisfies the needs of, pricing, sales effort, distribution and promotion to ensure change for the purposes of individuals and organizations. Marketing is done through distribution channels. Distribution channels in marketing are the basis process which is procedure to a goods or service from producer to consumer by getting. In other definition, distribution channels in marketing are a system set up by interrelated persons, corporations, institutions who transport exchange valuable products from produced place to consumption place and work for this. In this study we will examine the distribution channels of fruit and vegetable trade. The fruit and vegetable growing has an important place in the national and international economy shows to be an activity area in Turkey?s agricultural development. Indeed, production of fruit and vegetable has a share 8 % of agricultural production and 33 % of agricultural export at the present time. In terms of ecological structure of Turkey is arable for a wide variety production of fruit and vegetable. All kinds of raw vegetable and fresh fruit are cultivable in Turkey except tropical products. Domestic distribution system and channels of raw vegetable and fresh fruit have been determined by law and aimed for raw vegetable and fresh fruit to reach from producer to consumer within the framework of legal regulations. Moreover, it is forbidden to go out of these distribution channels. Penal sanctions have been adjudged for whom do not comply whit these regulations. The objective of this study is to examine distribution channels of raw vegetable and fresh fruit, which essential component in economy, export, industry, life of the people of Turkey, legal process of these distribution channels and to analyze current situation. We examine promulgated 1960 dated the law no 80, 1995 dated decree law no 552 and 2010 dated the law no 5957in last fifty years and relationship between them, and analyze their concepts.
