Evaluation of online shopping applications in fresh vegetables-fruit products by consumers

Nowadays, with the development of communication and network technologies, the number of Internet users is also increasing every day. Electronic retailing and online shopping are also developing in proportion to the number of Internet users. With the widespread use of the Internet, traditional sales methods have turned into electronic media, allowing sellers to market their products online. With computer, tablet and phone technologies, all needs can be met without leaving home and shopping opportunities are offered from all over the world. Electronic retailing and online purchases are changing consumers' shopping methods and the retailing sector. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of online shopping applications on consumers in wet vegetable and fruit products. In order to collect data in the study, a survey was conducted on consumers living in Turkey and 319 surveys were obtained as a result of the survey study. The SPSS 22.0 package program was used to evaluate the results obtained. In this context, the online shopping behavior of consumers was tested by independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (Anova) and regression analysis. The result of the analysis; online shopping behavior of consumers to influence fruit and vegetable professional groups in the age, education level and income level of risk perception of consumers differ according to the Education Trust of consumers and a different perception of feel as to why the various findings were reached.
