Abstract (EN)
Nowadays stress has became one of the most important problems. There aremany factors that cause stress in the individual and organizational level in work life.These factors influence managers and teachers negatively, getting them to havephysical and mental troubles. That managers and teachers are successful in theirjobs depends on the minimization of negative impacts of these factors. To do thisminimization, at first, the sources of stress must identified.This study aims to identify, describe, and understand the organizational stresssources of the managers and teachers working in Regional Boarding PrimaryEducation Schools. For this purpose, the researcher did a survey research includingthe aforementioned managers and teachers of the schools in Kayseri. In this study,the relationships between personal characteristics of the managers and teachers andthe organizational sources of stress influencing them was investigated.
