Abstract (EN)
In the tesis proposal, it is aimed to construct a microwave resonator with another method using YBaCuO (YBCO) superconductor. Liquid nitrogen is used for cooling operation. S parameter of YBCO resonators were measured. The quality factors of the resonators were calculated from the S parameters. They found to be between 102 and 103 which are compatible with the literature. There are higher losses because of the low quality factor in the resonator due to vortex. In comparison to resonators without antidots, it is found a significant reduction of vortex induced losses. Thus increased quality factors applied powers.
