Abstract (EN)
This thesis study substantate out to evaluate the influence of feed prepared by using fish oil, sunflower or linseed oil together with emulsifier (E-476) on the growth performance, nutritional benefit and spawning executive of zebrafish and to determine the fatty acids profile. Six diet groups were formed in the 146-day experiment, and 30 zebrafish were used in each group, and the experiment was designed as three replications. Fish, sunflower (S) and linseed (L) oil and PGPR (0.06%) were used to form the control and five experimental diet groups. Control, S6%L0% and S0%L6% feed groups do not contain PGPR, while the remaining Control+PGPR, S6%L0%+PGPR and S0%L6%+PGPR groups contain PGPR. The fish were fed diets that contained PGPR had higher values (p˂0.05) in final live body weight, spesific growth rate, feed conversion ratio, protein efficiency ratio, digested lipids amount, whole body lipid percentage and fatty acid percentages. Sunflower oil diet fatty acid digestibility enhanced by the presence of PGPR over other diets. While sperm kinematik parameters (VAP, VCL and VSL) of male fish fed with PGPR-free sunflower oil-containing feed (S6%L0%) were higher values (p˂0.05) matched to other groups, the percentage of fertilized eggs and hatching percentages ( p˂0.05) getted. Sperm progressive motility parameters (VAP, VCL, and VSL) of S0%L6% and S0%L0+PGPR groups (p˂0.05) than other groups. Fertilized egg chorion diameter, yolk diameter, and larval length from fish fed PGPR-containing feed groups were significantly greater than the other groups (p˂0.05). In addition, embryos belonging to these groups completed the embryogenesis process in a shorter time compared to other groups.
