Özet (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effects of the Nigella sativa oil on the blood parameters of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) which were used as feed additives. Survival rates were 60% in the control group, 90% in Group 1 and 100% in Group2. When the results of blood parameters are analyzed, it is seen that the most different result is PLT (platelets). While the mean PLT value was 43.5 ± 9.3 10*3/μL in the control group, it decreased to 20.78 ± 10.15 10*3/μL in Group 1 and increased in Group 2 to 28.3 ± 7.66 10*3/μL (p <0.05). PCT percentage was found to be 0,096 in the control group and decreased to 0.02 in Group 1 and 2 (p <0.05). In addition, P-LCR was found to be 25.51 in the control group and 21.93 in the cold group and 34.97 in the macerated group. When the granulocytes (GRAN) were examined, no statistical difference was found between the groups in the percentage distribution, but the situation changed in the amount values. 1.98 ± 0.7 10*3/μL in the control group, 1.16 ± 0.18 10*3/μL in the Group 1 and 1.15 ± 0.26 10*3/μL in the Group 2 It was. The decrease in the experimental groups revealed a statistically significant difference with the control group values (p <0.05). There was no statistical difference between the groups in other blood values. The best FCR rate was observed in the control group (1.14), followed by Group 2 (1.25), and the worst FCR rate was obtained in Group 1 (1.44). When the results of NBT analysis were examined, it was found that the values of the control group and Group 2 (KNBT = 0.958 ± 0.24, G2NBT = 0.904 ± 0.26) were very close to each other, whereas the values of Group 1 (G1NBT = 0.773 ± 0.14) It was found to be low.
