Abstract (EN)
In this study, by identifying the meal-sharing platform experiencescapes, it is aimed to examine the relationships between meal-sharing platform experiencescapes, co-creation experience value, memorable experiences, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. The study was conducted using an exploratory sequential mixed-method design. Since there is no existing scale in the literature regarding meal-sharing experiencescapes, a qualitative research approach was utilized during the scale development stage through word analysis and content analysis; a quantitative research approach was employed for descriptive analyses, evaluation of the measurement model, and hypothesis testing. In the first phase of the research, content created by users on the Eatwith platform was analyzed to identify the experiencescapes on meal-sharing platforms. As a result of these analyses, it was determined that meal-sharing platform experiencescapes consist of the dimensions of hospitality, atmosphere, authenticity, and storytelling. Subsequently, data were collected from tourists who participated in meal-sharing experiences to test the theoretical model. The research findings showed that the experiencescapes of meal-sharing experiences are composed of the dimensions of hospitality, atmosphere, authenticity, and storytelling, and these dimensions are directly related to co-creation experience value and memorable experiences. Additionally, it was found that the perceived co-creation value in the meal-sharing experience has a direct relationship with memorable experiences and satisfaction. These findings indicate that co-creation experience value and experiencescapes in meal-sharing play a critical role in tourist satisfaction and the formation of memorable experiences. The study also presents theoretical findings and offers suggestions for future research.
