Özet (EN)
The most ancient institution human beings have is the family institution. The family institution experiences various changes and transformations in the historical process and faces various breaks as a result of these transformations. It is one of the families that is caused by this break in restructured families and the development of a professional support network is essential. The restructured families, where at least one of the couples had previously had a marriage and had a new marriage with the child or children from this marriage, differs from many other family typologies in terms of both formation and difficulties. In a day, individuals who are both a new spouse and a new parent face many different dynamics. For Western societies since the year 1970 and focusing on a number of quite remarkable that these families, many in number for Turkey is hosting a considerable improvement Although the dynamics within unexplored. The research has addressed the difficulties experienced between parents and children, the reasons for these difficulties, and parent-child relationships in families that are restructured based on this aspect. While analyzing these relationships, the past lives of each parent (childhood periods, traumatic histories, family relationships) were questioned and analyzed in detail. Again, on the road to making a new marriage decision, their first marriage was questioned in the difficulties experienced in this marriage. In this context, a qualitative study pattern based on phenomenological basis has been created and the findings obtained have been shaped by dividing into 7 main categories and sub-categories linked to these categories. The researcher obtained his findings by conducting separate and in-depth interviews with twenty restructured family members residing in Kırıkkale province. The interview findings obtained were analyzed using the Maxquda 2020 program. Based on the claim that children are the main problem in reconstructed families and that they are related to the relationship established between parents and children in the establishment and continuity of these families, the results obtained in the research confirm the researcher's claim. As a result of the findings obtained, a family counseling model scheme has been developed that will increase the well-being of individuals and strengthen them with a social work perspective that will respond to the difficulties and expectations of the reconstructed families. In the developed model; A proposal was made for these families, including Bowen's systematic family counseling, life-long, cognitive behavioral, narrative, strategic, solution-oriented family counseling theories and especially the teachings of Virginia Satir's Iceberg metaphor. Especially considering that family structures, roles, intra-family interaction network, hierarchy, power and balance are reconstructed and a proper intervention cannot be provided, marriage and family unity are repeatedly interrupted and can go up to divorce; The fact that the intervention on the individual affects the family and society in a spiral is also taken into consideration in every step.
