Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to investigate how novelty imprints are genesis and how these imprints change after sensitive periods. Due to the exploratory nature of the study, a qualitative research method was used, and the case study design was preferred. The data used in the research were obtained through semi-structured interviews and document analysis. The obtained data were analyzed using inductive and deductive content analysis methods. The findings of the research, which reveal the genesis and transformation of novelty imprints, were classified with themes, categories, and codes. The research findings provided explanatory results on how novelty imprints are genesis and how they undergo transformation. The first result of the study indicates that novelty imprints are transferred to the founder through various imprint sources, (such as family and friends, economic and ecological conditions) before the founder becomes an entrepreneur. The second result of the study shows that the founder, who is imprinted with the novelty imprint, reflects this imprint on their organization during the establishment phase and imprints their organization as novelty. The third result of the study demonstrates that novelty imprints undergo transformation due to the effects of sensitive periods after the establishment.
