Abstract (EN)
This study introduces a computer software which can support mining engineering education as well as practically demonstrating emergency action plans in the mine site to engineers, technicians and workers enabling effective training. The software named "Underground Mining Simulation Software" is developed with Visual Basic 6 in order to enable ease of use. It employs OpenGL (Open Graphics Library) for 3D visuality. The software reproduce a 3D simulation of underground pit on the screen, enabling the user carry out trainings over it. The user can use as many scenarios as possible and also can create their own scenarios. By this means, the software enables real-like trainings.
