Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between environment and economic science has been discussed historically, the impact of economic activities on the environment has been examined and the contributions of international organizations in this context have been discussed. The concepts of economic growth and development which cannot be denied importance in the process reaching to Green Growth concept and especially sustainable development have been evaluated. Finally, the concept of Green Growth has been analyzed descriptively and TOPSIS and Entropy methods have been compared with OECD member countries' performance. The results of the study coincide with the OECD reports on the absence of a country that leads Green Growth in all areas. However, it is important to see how important green patents are in the countries' Green Growth routes.
