Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to increase organizational attractiveness. To this end, the study focused on the relationship between talent management practices and organizational attractiveness and the mediating role of employer branding in this relationship. A quantitative approach was employed to achieve the research objective, and data collection was conducted digitally. A survey was created using the structured Google Forms tool and distributed to potential participants through university career centers and digital platforms. Data obtained from 391 participants were analyzed. The results of the analyses demonstrated that talent management practices play a decisive role in shaping employer branding and that these practices have a strong impact on the organization's perceived external reputation. The impact of talent management practices on organizational attractiveness is statistically significant. The employer brand has a significant impact on organizational attractiveness. The employer brand is a significant mediating factor in shaping the perception of talent management practices and the perception of organizational attractiveness.
