Abstract (EN)
Rapid improvement in the technology, namely Information Technology and transportation, created globalisation. As a result of globalization competition among companies cross the borders and globalized. In the global competition technology, investment and infrastructure very important factors, however, increasing human resources management role for developing strategic plan and goal of the companies bring forward the human factor in companies' management. Due to limited human resources especially talent, finding critical talent and suitable personnel, recreating, training, developing their skill and keeping in the company and managing the talent to increase the productivity became very important. The aim of the research is to explore human resources management, talent management and effects of talent management on the performance and productivity. Within this research, I preferred interview for collecting required data and I had appointment with human resources managers of the three important companies in three different sector in Turkey. As a result of the literature research and interviews it is evaluated that; technologic development, demographic, social, cultural, and other many developments effected talent resource requirements of the organizations and bring forward the talent management. Preparing the indigenous human resources plan and managing the human resources in accordance with companies' strategic plan, finding required critical talent, recruiting them, assigning to the correct position, training, developing their skill, planning their carrier, checking the performances and transforming the talent management to the productivity is critical importance for companies.
