The risk of social excluding who needed to be protected in orphagenes.

Many studies were done about the children who needed to the protection and it was tried to be recognize these children with the various aspects and solve their problems. In every study some solution suggestions was presented by various findings. It cannot be found any research about social excluding problems of the children who depend on the protection in former Turkish literature, it was therefore attempted such a study with the aim of to fill this lacking in Turkish academic society. It?s been the basis thinking of needed a research on whether the children depended on the protection lived the social excluding or not and lightening to problems lived in this matter. Required data for this study has been obtained from poll questions and developing scale questions carried out to the sampling groups consisted of children groups aged from 13 to 18 lived in the girl orphanage in Turhal, Tokat and in the boy orphanage in Tokat. Collected data has been evaluated by using SPSS 13.0 statistical program and hypothesis prepared before has been tested. In the first part of this study, concepts included the subject of research has been explained inside theoretical and conceptual frame. In this frame, general and special reasons caused to state of dependency on the protection have been considered through their extensive aspects and tried to be connected these with social excluding. In the application stage of research, poll questions developed to identity their various aspects and scale questions developed to comprehend their levels of social excluding has been applied to the children constituted the sampling group. Obtained data has been undergone to some statistical analysis and factors caused to the children?s social excluding tried to be comprehended. It was constituted of frequency tables of every variable and undergone to evaluation. Every factor has been thought that these children can be caused to the social excluding was undergone various analytical evaluations too. As a result, research has been finished by offering some suggestions about understanding and solving of these problems after a general evaluation about these factors and precaution required in the face of them. It is considered that this research is very important the point of view it will contribute the steps and politics concerning this matter and other researches will be done after this time.
