Abstract (EN)
In the recent years, the factors which cause the burnout syndrome that is observed frequently in working life, can differ according to the organisational constraints beside personal characteristics of employee. An indivudial, as a social creature, is in need of moving by group. As a natural consequence of this, a group leader requirement is occured in organisation. In this case, the behaviours and attitudes of leader as destructive in organisation, can affect the employees' exhaustion level. Therefore, the aim of the study is determining the relationship between destructive leadership perception and the exhaustion experimentally among the banking sector's employees based on the assumption that destructive leadership is a precessor of exhaustion. Concordantly, the direct effects of destructive leadership's sub-dimensions on exhaustion's sub-dimension are going to be searched and analyzed. Within this framework, the research is is applied on public and private banks' employees. Totally 134 employee (including 53 men and 81 women) are participated in the study. An appropriate model is selected for the research problem. In order to analyze collected data, parametric and non-parametcis tests are utilized. According to the research results, it is determined that incompetent for over authoritativeness and leadership as the sub-dimentions of the destructive leadership.
