Poverty alimony

In our country, an increase has recently been observed in divorce cases. This increase in divorce cases has also become the subject of the terms and results of the divorce. Now the parties are not content with just divorce but want to take advantage of financial results, which is one of the side results of divorce. When the divorce cases that were opened in the past are examined, the demands of the parties were only on items related to custody and custody matters, and today, the demands are concentrated on all kinds of alimony and material and moral damages. Considering the economic turmoil and socioeconomic structures in our country, it maybe thought that one of the most important consequence of the side results of the divorce is financial results. These financial results can be grouped under titles such as financial compensation, compensation and alimony. In this thesis, poverty alimony, as a type of child sıpport, was examined. Alimony for poverty is "the alimony that the party who will fall into poverty due to divorce will indefinitely demand for his/her livelihood, in proportion to his/her financial strength, provided that his/her defect is not heavier. There are often problems in the implementation of the indefinite phrase in the lae. Many workshops have been organized for a solution, with the increasing grievances regarding this issue. However, a concensus regarding the duration of child support has not been reached yet.
