Factors that reduce the effectiveness of the fight poverty

Today, the poverty has a property which is resulting depending on the economic, political and environmental factors affecting directly or indirectly all segments of the community in both developed and developing countries. For that reason, increasing living standards of the poor find a solution to this problem will affect everyone reveals itself as a social policy objective. The economic policies should head to increase the fees and to extend the presence of employment as one of the ways to solve the problem of poverty. The other one is a direct challenge to the fight against poverty. Defeat poverty and increasing living standards of poor has been the main goal of the social policies in each period. For this purpose, the method already used to combat poverty is social (public) aids. According to this method they reach directly to the poor and being contact with poor reveals causes of poverty. They can be improved on related findings about each poor individual. For example, if they don't have income, they can be supplied income assistance; or if they don't have house, they can have housing assistance. The fight directly against poverty continues within the scope of the social welfare system in order to respond to changing conditions and effective use of resources in our country. The premier institution our country to operate active use of the social benefits in the context of the fight against directly poverty is Social Aid and Solidarity Foundation. While direct combat against poverty such this and similar organizations can make various decision-making errors. These errors can be gathered under three titles as the basis. Not reaching the hidden poverty, leak, exclusion. This reduces the effectiveness of the fight against poverty as a sense of the dangers of errors.
