Abstract (EN)
The process of adaptation to technological innovations and digitalization, which is one of the biggest problems of our age, has once again revealed its importance with the Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected the whole world and has given us messages from the future. The pandemic process has caused changes in management, production and organizational processes for businesses in every sector. The education sector, which is the subject of research and is the lifeblood of a society, has become the sector that has experienced the fastest and most radical change during the pandemic process with the technology-based distance education method. The Covid-19 pandemic has been recognized as an unpredictable global shock and catastrophe according to road addiction theory. In the afore mentioned context, the adaptation of private educational institutions to digital education during the pandemic process will be investigated. The aim of the research is to reveal the value of process management in a rapidly and continuously changing world, with proven methods. According to the theory of road addiction, whether private educational institutions can adapt to internal process management changes during the Covid-19 pandemic, whether these processes using digital are efficient and permanent or not, within the framework of road dependency theory will be investigated.
