Abstract (EN)

Illegal registration can be defined as a registration which is inappropriate to factual right status. Illegalization in registration may be caused by legal reason, registration request or power of disposition. In addition, the registration may be invalid from the beginning or subsequently become invalid. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, the concept of illegal registration was emphasized and drawbacks of illegal registration and it's emergence in general terms were discussed. In the second part, the cases where are illegal from the beginning were examined. The cases where are caused by legal reason, registration request, power of disposition, illegal registration cases where are caused by error and matter of double title deed were emphasized in this context. In the third part, subsequent illegal registration cases were explained. In this regard, the cases where real right is transferred to another person or terminated out of land registry were discussed.
