Abstract (EN)

People, recognise themselves as a result of experiences, training, and external factors and develop a positive or negative opinion about themselves. When he/she develops positive reviews about himself/herself, an individual has self-efficiency. The purpose of this study is to do a research regarding the state of the perceived effectiveness and the level of self-efficiency of managers. For the realization of this objective, the literature review of the field has been carried out and a survey has been applied to the managers and their employees. The results of the research has revealed that there is a relationship between self-efficiency and effectiveness. It has been observed that while the managers who have self-efficiency make the right decisions in all processes and organizational issues they have faced, it has also been assumed that they would be effective managers because they would be a source of inspiration for their employees.
