Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the managers' pleasure from the applications of e-human resource management. For this purpose, we collected data by means of questionnaire from twentyfour companies which has more than a hundred employees and manager and expert who works in the department of human resource incorporate with a hundred forty three senior managers and this data analyzed in senior manager and in the SPSS programme. From outcomes, electronic human resource applications which used % 79 intensively , the usage of e-hr applications have meaningful and positive effect. On the other hand it is contained thatthe pleasure from electronical human resource application differentiate according to the gender, age and occupation experience.
