Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the impact of aesthetic communication on workplace loneliness and its sub-dimensions (emotional isolation, social loneliness) as well as workplace incivility. Additionally, it investigates the impact of workplace incivility on workplace loneliness and its sub-dimensions (emotional isolation, social loneliness) in the context of work life. Furthermore, the study aims to provide recommendations based on the results. The sample of the research consists of employees from call center companies operating in Turkey and Ukraine. The created survey form was distributed to the participants in the research sample to collect data. The data was collected from 447 participants and analyzed using the statistical software program SPSS 25.0. The collected data was analyzed using correlation and regression methods. The results of the study have showed that aesthetic communication has a negative and significant impact on workplace incivility and loneliness in the work environment. However, it has been determined that workplace incivility has a positive and significant effect on loneliness in the work environment. According to the findings of the study, it is recommended that organizations emphasize aesthetic communication and workplace civility to foster interaction among organizational members and mitigate feelings of loneliness. It is important for both internal and external stakeholders of the organization to show care in this regard and encourage employees to enhance their skills in order to achieve productive work outcomes.
