The relationship between the styles of the personality and leadership behaviors and the application in the group of Eczacıbaşı

VI ABSTRACT The notion of personality can be described as physical, spiritual, and philosophical peculiarities which display itself within the various milieu covering the its standpoints and levels of its relationships and reactions towards the environment as well as the features which render the individuals different from each other. The personality styles of the managers are worth regarding as the remarkable component determining their way of management and relationships in their occupation life. The differences of the managers in their styles of personality indicate how to be directed the forms of the leadership behaviors and impliedly the ways of management The first chapter of the study covers the concepts of the management and managing, the second chapter is pertaining with the personality and personality theories, and the third one is related with leadership, leadership theories and the relationship between the styles of the personality and leadership behaviors. The application chapter, forth one, has been focused on the effects of the managers of the companies' personality styles on the leadership behaviors on the establishment of Bozüyük Artema and Vitra Ceramic Group, Eczacıbaşı Ceramic Construction Chemical Industries and Trade and Eczacıbaşı ESAN. m the application, the inquiry has been used as the data gathering tool The obtained data by the inquiry forms has been loaded over the SPSS for Windows 10.0 packet program, and interpreted- 4he findings as number.and percentage and the questions chosen for the aim of testing the hypothesis has been subjected of the q- square test and, later, interpreted all findings obtained within these processes.
