Analysis of graduate studies in Management and Organization by bibliometric analysis method

Today, the concept of management and organizatıon plays an important role in many sectors and academic fields. Bibliometric analysis method is used in many different fields in postgraduate education, which has increased from past to present. By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, answers to many questions are sought. In this study, 375 postgraduate theses written between 1984-2021 forım Yöktez database written in the field of management and organization were tried to be answered with the help of different variables ( language,type of publication, type of consultant, etc.). As a result of the findings obtained as a result of this study, the results are presented based on basic criteria such as the language of publication, the number of pages, and the gender of the authors.
