The relationship between suggestion systems and job satisfaction in management participation and application in an organization

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of individual suggestion system (in participating the management) on employees jop satisfaction. İn the first chapter, management concept and its conceptional dimensions, management theories, historical progress of management and management and management approaches on this exemtion are examined. Especially in this first chapter : under the concept of human realitionship approach which human concept and participating in management, benefits of participating in management and methods of participating in management are explained.In the second chapter, suggestion systems, which are agents of participating in management, are explained. Definitions, importances, goals, organizational structures and functions of suggestion systems are examined.In the third chapter, jop satisfaction subject is exanined . Description and importance of jop satisfaction , bring to job satisfaction, theories of jop satisfaction factors, extensions of jop satisfactions, benifits of jop satisfaction and the results of job satisfacition are explained.In the fourth chapter, the realation ship between jop satisfaction and individual suggestion system is analyzed .In the fifth chapter, datas which are got by implementing questionnaireon the chosen examples which are chosed by basic cluster sampling are analyzed and relationship between individual suggestion system , and job satisifaction is exhibited.
