Managerial reason and art: A discussion of truth between different forms of knowledge

In this thesis we have researched the relation between art production and knowledge production techniques used by post-Fordist capitalism and neo-liberal policies. We assert that it is no more possible to see art as a separated field for singularities and different subjectivities to emerge. Thus, in order to test this assertion we appropriate contemporary capitalism?s knowledge production methods to evaluate art works; we try to understand the relation between ?artist subjectivity? and ?business world subjectivity? and we apply ?performance measurement? methods used in corporate world to assesses success of an art institution.
