In traditional building designs designed on the basis of compressive strength, concrete is used for energy absorption capacity under aggressive conditions, repair and reinforcement, etc. Since it has been determined that it is insufficient in the works, it cannot meet many functional requirements. High Performance Concrete (YPB), which is far superior to conventional concrete, is a concrete that improves the properties of normal concrete. Special mixing, placing and curing methodologies are required to produce this type of concrete. The application of YPB is the most important feature for the design and construction of civil engineering structures, overcoming the limiting properties of ordinary reinforced concrete. The fact that the overall performance of YPB is significantly higher than that of normal type concrete, has led to it being considered as a high-performance concrete and primarily to be used in the construction of tunnels, bridges, pavements, and high-rise buildings due to its strength, durability and high modulus of elasticity. In this study, the effects of industrial by-products on HPC properties were investigated. For this purpose, Portland cement (PÇ), aggregate, sand, water, ground blast furnace slag (YFC), pumice powder (PT) and superplasticizer (SA) were used in the preparation of HPC. In the mixtures, 10 groups were prepared by using YFC instead of cement (0%; 15%; 30%) and PT (0%; 15% and 30%). Spread diameter, density, prosthesis, water absorption rate, compressive strength and tensile strength, unit weight, porosity, water absorption, high temperature properties of the mixtures were determined. The obtained results showed that the porosity decreased with the increase in the content of YFC and PT. The use of PT had a positive effect on prosthesis and water absorption rates. In addition, it has been observed that high strength can be obtained with the use of maximum 30% YFC and 30% PT. However, in a better concrete production, the use of YFC is more effective than PT..
