Abstract (EN)
In the thesis study, the durability and strength of the alkali-activated geopolymer concretes were examined. Within the scope of the study, F-type fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag were used. Besides, 400 kg / m3, 500 kg / m3 and 600 kg / m3 were examined using 3 different amounts of binders. F-type fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag were used at rates of 50% and 50%. Sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide were used as alkali activators, and the molarity of sodium hydroxide was chosen as 14 M. 6 different alkali activated samples were produced within the scope of the experiment. Afterwards, the visual examination was made for the change on the surface first. After the visual examination, the weight changes and compressive strength were examined. According to the tooling and test results, it was concluded that the use of alkali activated concretes was appropriate
