Abstract (EN)

In this study, business and presentation layer of a system that is going to be used for postgraduate pre-admissions, is designed and implemented. The business rules, can easily communicate with the data base layer that has been designed based on the principles of the three-tier architecture. Operating systems, software development processes and web-based programming types examined, it was decided to use ASP.Net platform on the server running Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system as the most convenient model in such a web based study.The application process begins with a fully-fledged super-user defining system parameters and user authorizations on system modules. Then the student applications are taken between the dates indicated. After the end of the application period, adding student grades into the system are completed by authorized users. Super user declares the results after evaluating the grades and the process ends. Candidate students can learn their grades logging in the system after declaration. After the declarationan by passive authorized users' accounts, to make changes on grades are not permitted.
