The mean score of high riskpregnant women was found 29.40 ± 5.90 in PSS and 124.97 ± 16.99 in HPLP II. It was determined that the highest mean score on the scale of healthy lifestyle behaviours in pregnant women was related to spiritual growth (25.52 ± 3.65) and the lowest mean score was related to physical activity (11.85 ± 2.84) sub-dimensions. It was found that there was a moderate, negatively and significant relationship between perceived stress and the sub-dimensions of HPLP II: health responsibility, physical activity, nutrition, spiritual growth, interpersonal relationships and stress management in high-risk pregnant women. Being high of perceived stress high risk pregnant women reflects negatively on the healthy lifestyle bahaviours.
