Özet (EN)

Entrepreneurship is recognized as a key driver of economic growth, innovation, and societal transformation. Women's entrepreneurship plays a significant role in strengthening women's economic independence and contributing to societal economic development. In recent years, women entrepreneurs have expanded beyond traditional sectors, leading innovative projects and solutions, particularly in high-tech industries. However, these efforts are often met with significant challenges, including limited access to finance, deficiencies in mentorship and advisory support, infrastructural barriers, and social constraints. The challenges faced by women in high-tech sectors highlight critical issues that must be addressed to ensure the sustainability and growth of women entrepreneurship. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs operating in high-tech sectors and examines their impact on entrepreneurial processes. It explores critical factors such as access to capital, mentorship, and advisory services, as well as structural and social barriers, analyzing how these factors influence entrepreneurial levels through statistical methods. The findings of this study offer key insights for policymakers to improve the women entrepreneurship ecosystem by enhancing acceleration programs, fostering investor relations, and expanding mentorship opportunities. Furthermore, this research contributes to advancing gender equity in high-tech industries, emphasizing the importance of supportive policies and sustainable strategies to empower women entrepreneurs.
